So , maybe a dumb question , but why are they keeping those cudas? Don’t they carry ciguaterra or something? I was thinking they did , might be mistaken.
Good question Josh. Now that you say it, I remember ‘cuda being added to the No Eat List put out by Heal the Bay. I just read about ciguaterra in the latest issue of Saltwater Sportsman, but no one out here is talking about it. I’ll see what I can find out and do a follow up. Thanks!
Maybe it’s just for cudas in the Gulf of Mexico/Florida/Carribean. I’m interested now that you say no one is talking about it in SoCal. Good luck fishing this weekend!
